"Unless you are used to wearing very trim cut shirts - you need to size up. I am 6’1” 215 and a 38 waist. No one has ever called me skinny, but most would call me trim. I ordered a XXL. Meanwhile in traditional cut golf shirts I weak a L. Typical trim cut shirts - XL. I have no XXL in my closet - til Perfect fit - but easily one size up"
